Ha! Yes of course we know what milkpans from that era looked like!

I tried to tell Jenny that an 1880’s milkpan is a very common measurement, like a hogshead or an ell. But she insisted on finding something from this millennium to compare it to.
Oh, it’s probably for the best. Thanks for the comment and I hope you’re enjoying the show!
Actually, I’m pretty sure I do know what a milk pan is. It’s very likely a milk pail. If you’ve ever seen an old tymey tv show (they did it on the little rascals, as I recall) it’s just a bucket you place under the cow to catch the milk as you squeeze it out of the cow. And the size is consistent with the description given, just big enough to hold the content of 1 cow. And now you know. . . the rest of the story.
Crazy Nutso. . . GOOD DAY!
Nono, we know what they are. We just found it funny that he used it as the most common thing he could think of that was roughly the size of the flakes.
Once, while working at a computer help-desk, I overheard someone say “Look for the hub. It’ll be a little box, about the size of an external modem,” as if the technically-illiterate person on the other end of the phone, not knowing what a hub was, would be able to find it with that extra information.
